Won't install on my Samsung S10 plus with current software. Tried 3 times all I get is legel stuff and no way to install the app. Wasting my time
Need custom alarm(s) you can set at higher than 100 to catch falling trend before 100. Update April 2022 and no alarm enhancmentsre. Removed the five minute repeat on alarm active (now 30 minute repeat) which has increased the risk of developing dangerously low blood sugar if the first alarm is missed. The repeat function has also proven it works intermit and not reliable which further increases the risk of not being notified in time to correct emergency low sugar levels.
It only SOMETIMES gives you the blood sugar levels... even if you've just received a notification of high or low. And now when I go to open the app I'm getting a window before anything else stating something along the lines of this app may not be compatible with this phone... I have the new Samsung just released in Feb. 2022
Can you allow this app in India. My parents in India they want to check my reading
For something as serious as monitoring glucose levels, this app is aweful. The app stops auto updating constantly. Only way to get it working again is to manually open the app. Can't keep doing that all day and night! I've missed many alerts because of this. I get constant warnings that the app hasn't been tested with my phone. It's a Galaxy S22 Ultra. Come on... Please fix ASAP
previously: ONE (big) complaint... The bright orange and white design has scarred my G7. (The bright white/orange also make it awkward in places like the movie theater and driving at night.) update: 4/7/2019 Doesn't look like a flipping circus w/horrible colors and now there's"night mode", thanks. But, stupidity must manifest itself somehow. Update: 4/19/22 Wish there was a version of Follow for Android wear (watches).
It does what we need it to. Sometimes it won't give me data but for the most part I'm satisfied with it.
It has been accurate and easy. Only problem is my irritation from the adhesive.
The alarm notifications only work when my son's sugar is urgent low. Why?
Using a Samsung Galaxy S20, app won't rotate to see trend graph. Notifications not always up to date with current numbers. Also randomly receives no data for hours on end while my little one is at school, so I have no idea how his sugars are running. Please fix!!
